It felt odd that the hotel staff mentioned service shortages but didn’t seem to be addressing the lack of basic services amidst rising prices. For those reasons, I think it's important the hotel management restore more services soon.

Had a decent stay! The staff was super friendly and super helpful. When I got in, the room was clean and quiet which was nice. Breakfast was surprisingly good too, especially the peach juice! Just wish the mattress wasn't so hard. Oh, and there were a couple of bugs in my room, but they handled it well.
